Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TokenPig. By using the service you agree to them. If you use TokenPig on behalf of an organization, you accept these terms for that organization.

The service

TokenPig converts documents you upload into clean, token-efficient Markdown. Token counts and reduction percentages are estimates and vary by model and tokenizer; they are provided for guidance, not as guarantees.

Accounts

Accounts use passwordless magic-link sign-in. You are responsible for the email account linked to your TokenPig account and for activity that occurs under it. Keep access to your email secure.

Acceptable use

• Upload only content you have the right to process, one file at a time, up to 4 MB.
• Don't use TokenPig for unlawful content or to infringe others' rights.
• Don't abuse, overload, probe or attempt to circumvent the service, its limits, or its security (including the anonymous trial).

Plans, billing & cancellation

• Paid plans are billed through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which handles payment, applicable taxes and receipts.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each period at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; you keep your plan until the end of the paid period, after which the account moves to the free Hobby plan.
• Monthly conversion limits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.
• Refunds, where applicable, are handled per Lemon Squeezy's policies. Prices may change with notice for future renewals.

Your content

You keep all rights to the documents you upload and the Markdown you receive. We claim no ownership. You grant us only the temporary, limited permission needed to process a file for the moments it takes to convert it — after which it is deleted (see the Privacy Policy).

Disclaimers

TokenPig is provided “as is”without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that conversions are error-free, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose. Always review output before relying on it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TokenPig is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using TokenPig at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or that risks harm to the service or others.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll revise the “last updated” date and, for material changes, notify account holders. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction], excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. (Replace this with your actual governing law before launch.)
